How to start the Daedalian Quest?
Before going to look for keys and cabinets, we need to unlock the quest first by going to talk to Gryffindor student Nellie Oggspire at the Transfiguration Courtyard. She’ll tell us the story of the Mystery Chest that is in each of the house’s living rooms. After talking, you can start the quest immediately. But before moving on to the quest, we recommend unlocking The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament quest Alohomora spell to speedrun seaching for the key smoothly. Tip: This task may require a bit of a quick eye sense. because the keys are quite small and fly very fast. Location No.1 – Astronomy Tower
Teleport to the Astronomy Classroom after opening the cabinet at the Astronomy Classroom. Let’s take the first coin you get. Go put it in the Mystery Chest in the living room of our house first. Then go back and talk to Nellie Oggspire at the Transfiguration Courtyard to update the Quest further. If you don’t talk, you won’t be able to see the key and continue the Quest.
Location No.2 – Defense Against Dark Art Tower
Teleport to the Transfiguration Courtyard. Walk through the small door to the Defense Against Dark Art Tower Hall. Walk up the stairs and turn left. The key will be near the Rhinoceros skeleton and go up one floor. Passing in front of the Defense Against the Dark Arts classroom The cabinet is located in the area where the Hogwarts students stand.
Location No.3 – Potion Classroom
Teleport to the Potion Classroom. The key is near it in front of the pharmacy classroom. Walk down the spiral staircase, the cabinet is at the end of the corridor in the Central Hall.
Location No.4 – Central Hall
Teleport to the Central Hall, go down the stairs towards the statue. Turn right towards the Greenhouse door and look for the flying key that will lead us to the cabinet across the hall.
Location No.5 – Central Hall Library
Go into the Library from the second point, walk back to the Central Hall statue, turn left into the Library. The key is on the left hand side, near the fireplace.
Location No.6 – Central Hall
Upper Central Hall zone, walk back up the stairs until you see a large door. Turn right and find the key under the stairs. Then walk back to the stairs, you will find a cabinet on the right hand side.
Location No.7 – Transfiguration Classroom
Teleport to the Transfiguration Classroom. Return after walking through the large door on the left. You will find the key before going up the stairs. Then keep walking up until the last floor, the cabinet is on the left hand side.
Location No.8 – Transfiguration Classroom
From the 7th cabinet, the Transfiguration Classroom, walk back down the stairs to the last floor. Enter the small door next to the suit of armor, continue down the stairs. You will find the key in front of the sleeping dragon statue. Then walk back and unlock the closet at the stairs.
Location No.9 – Transfiguration Classroom
From 8th cabinet, Transfiguration Classroom, walk back towards the sleeping dragon statue, follow the path, turn right again and you’ll find the key. Go to the end of the way to find the cabinet.
Location No.10 – Grand Staircase
Teleport to Grand Staircase and walk up the spiral staircase. until you find the key and go back down through the mysterious door, You will find the cabinet next to it.
Location No.11 – Viaduct Courtyard
Teleport to the Viaduct Courtyard, walk up the stairs to the courtyard. then walk through the main gate back into the castle. You will find the key upstairs. Then walk back down to find the cabinet near the entrance door.
Location No.12 – Great Hall
Teleport to the Great Hall, enter the Great Hall. The key is in front of the big fireplace on the left side of the room. Turn around and walk to the right up the stairs to find the cabinet.
Location No.13 – Great Hall
From the 12th at Great Hall, walk out the right large door. You will find a garden, walk down the stairs to the right. You’ll find the key near the arch. Go down the stairs to the right, turn left, and turn right again. You will find the cabinet next to the door.
Location No.14 – Faculty Tower
Teleport to the Faculty Tower. From the Teleport Waypoint, go straight and turn right through the door. Walk up the stairs to the 2nd floor, you will find the key in front of the mysterious door, then walk back down to the cabinet next to the stairs.
Location No.15 – Faculty Tower
Teleport to Faculty Tower, then teleport to Hospital Wing Infirmary. Go down the stairs, turn right to Clock Tower, find the key, then walk back down the stairs to find an unlock cabinet.
Location No.16 – Clock Tower Courtyard
Teleport to the Clock Tower Cortyard, walk through the small door on the right. next to the castle exit. Keep walking up the stairs, exit the archway and turn left. You will find the key in front of the trap door. Go up the stairs to the end of the floor. Go out the door, turn left, you will find the cabinet.
After getting all 16 house coins, go back to the room of your own house Common Room. and put all the coins in the box to unlock the super cool robe of the house right away. This step can be a bit tricky because the game only allows us to insert one coin at a time.
