In Hogwarts Legacy, you can fly around the wizarding world freely by riding the broomstick in a classic way. But there is another way that we can travel both on land and air as well, that is riding magical creatures (Flying Mounts), which are obtained from completing Quests. How to get Flying Mounts?
The first magical beast can be obtained through the story quests “The High Keep” and “San Bakar’s Trial” which will be unlocked respectively.

Hippogriff
Legendary magical creatures It has the head of a giant eagle, the body of a horse, and is carnivorous. Can be domesticated and tamed but it must be done by a specialist only. Thestral
Thestral is a magical beast in the form of a black winged horse. The skin is attached to the skeleton, empty white eyes, a face like a dragon and have wide wings similar to the wings of a giant bat. Thestral is a dangerous animal and is believed to be a symbol of bad luck. For those who can see thestral must have only seen death before. For this magical creature, we will receive a deluxe edition of the game , but those who did not purchase the deluxe edition, you can purchase it separately from the Dark Arts Pack DLC as well. Graphorn
Graphorn, A magical creature with a massive body, purple-gray skin, long and sharp golden horns, a hunched back, and huge feet with four toes on each side. It is aggressive and dangerous and its grinded horns can be used to make various potions. it is extremely expensive because the method of obtaining is very difficult. Horn skins are tougher than dragon skins and can prevent most spells. The Grapehorn is the only magical creature in Hogwarts Legacy that cannot fly, you can only run on the ground. Can be unlocked from the San Bakar’s Trial story quest.
