Hogwarts Castle has many mysteries hidden and one of them is the “Puzzle Doors” that we will find in the Hogwarts Legacy. But symbols of magical animal and the numbers on the door are such a headache that you don’t know how to solve it. If you cast the Revelio spell, you will see that behind most of the doors there are many reward item chests await.
What are the missing numbers and what exactly will the magical animal surrounding the door mean? That’s why we’ve compiled all the information about the Puzzle Doors to solve things up for everyone!

How to solve Puzzle door.
From seeing the puzzle on the door, you’ll immediately know that you have to add numbers, and all the magical animals surrounding it must represent numbers too. But how do we know which animal is which number? First of all, let’s go to the Library Annex area in front of the Arithmancy Classroom.

To solve puzzles, we will find a golden metal plate. marked with a “?” and a “??” near each door. We have to choose the animal picture that corresponds to the number and calculate it perfectly.
Puzzle solution
Top picture puzzle 2 + Runespoor (matches the number 3 in the hint) + ? = 9
Bottom puzzle 0 + 1 + ?? = 4
So 2 + 3 + 4 = 9 and 0 + 1 + 3 = 4.
So we have to choose the Fwooper image instead of the ? plate. and the Runespoor image replaced ?? there!

Door #1: Central Hall Rafters
At the Library Annex area, travel with flu powder to the Divination Classroom. Turn left to the wooden stairs. Walk along the road and turn right at the T-junction.

Door #2 and #3: Inside the Arithmancy Classroom
After solving the first mysterious door, when walking in, you will find the 2nd and 3rd Puzzle Door.

Door #4: Central Hall
Use Flu powder to go to the Library Annex. Come to the Central Hall. Walk straight down the stairs until you reach the statue and turn left. The Puzzle Door is on the right next to the castle exit.

Door #5: Long Gallery
From the potions classroom, walk down the stairs to the left and you’ll find the level 1 locked door. Unlock the door and you’ll see a gallery hall then walk down the path. The Puzzle Door is on the left.

Door #6: Charms Classroom
Go to the Tower Astronomy Wing area, use Flu powder to travel to the Charm Class, turn around, and walk towards the hallway. The Puzzle Door is in the left hand corner.

Make your way up the flu powder to the Grand Staircase and walk up the spiral staircase. Until you see a blue hallway on the left hand side walk to the end. The Puzzle Door is on the right.
The Witches&Wizards who is in Ravenclaw house can travel with flu powder to the house tower, then walk down from the tower and continue along the spiral staircase. After leaving, there will be a Puzzle Door on the left.

Door #8: Grand Staircase
Travel with flu powder to the Great Stairway Tower, go down the stairs along the way. The door is on the left, or you can walk up from the Grand Staircase downstairs.

Door #9: The House Hourglasses
Travel with flu powder to the grand staircase hall. Run up the stairs in front, turn right, walk up the next stairs twice. and turn left

Door #10: Advisor Tower
Accept the Quest “The Caretakers Lunar Lament” and go south of the castle. During the Quest, you will encounter the 10th Puzzle Door on the way.

Door #11: The Great Hall
Travel in Flu powder to the Great Hall (the room where Hogwarts dines), walk to the left. You will find a small corridor on the left hand side. There is the Puzzle Door at the end of the corridor.

Door #12: North Hall
Towards the Astronomy Wing area, go through the back door into the North Hall. Go up the stairs to the top floor to find a level 1 locked door, unlock it and follow the corridor. The Puzzle Door will be on the left.
