The statues are 30 Demiguise magical creatures scattered throughout the game. What you get from collecting this magical animal statue is Unlock the Alohomora Key Picking Spell which is available in 3 levels in the game, and here’s how to start the quest and where all the Demiguise statues are located.

How do we start the quest?
The Alohomora Spell Unlock Quest can only be started by playing the Hogwarts School Caretaker Story Quest “Gladwin Moon” titled “The Caretaker’s Lunar Lament”, where he explains the story of the Demiguise statues and teaches us how to use the Alohomora spell. This statue has one special feature. It can only be collected at night. And most of them are in locked rooms. And some rooms will require a higher level Alohomora spell.
When we collect the required number of statues and bring them back to Gladwin Moon, they will upgrade the Alohomora spell to higher level. We can change the time within the game by Open the map and press “R3 Button” for console or “F” for PC.

Demiguise statue #1
Teleport to Professor Fig’s Classroom. The statue is in Professor Fig’s second-floor room.
Demiguise statue #2
Muggle Studies Classroom. Teleport to the Astronomy Wing, turn around and enter the large door on the left. Go straight and turn right and continue down the stairs along the path until you see a dragon statue and turn right. The statue is in the room on the left.
Demiguise statue #3
Warp to the Hogwarts North Exit (The Bell Tower Wing). Turn around and walk left towards the stone-walled stairs. The statue is in the room under the stairs.
Demiguise statue #4
Teleport to the Divination Classroom. Walk up the stone stairs and the fixed ladder. The statue is in Professor Onai’s classroom.
Demiguise statue #5
Teleport to The Library Annex to the fenced restricted area bookshelf zone. (It is recommended to complete the story quest “The Secret of Restricted Section” first.) Walk down the path as you did in the quest. You will find a statue on the left hand side at the end of corridor.

Teleport to The Great Hall (The Great Hall). Walk to the right of the hall. You will find a Level 1 locked room with a statue inside.

Teleport to the Faculty Tower (The South Wing), walk straight down the spiral staircase until you reach the lowest floor and you’ll find a corridor with pictures playing music. Keep walking and turn right down the stairs. then turn left You will find the men’s bathroom that is locked Level 1 on the left hand side, walk into the middle room, there will be a statue.

Teleport to Defense Against the Dark Arts Tower (Astronomy Wing), walk to the right, turn right and go down the stairs. Up to the first floor stairwell You will find a room with a talking gargoyle statue in front of the room on the right.
Demiguise statue #9
Teleport to the Beast Classroom. The statue is in Teacher Howin’s room.
Demiguise statue #10
Teleport to the Potion Classroom (The Library Annex). Walk down the spiral staircase. You will find a Level 1 locked door, unlock it and you will find a gallery corridor. Go through the corridor and you will find a room with a statue on the left.

Tomes and Scrolls Shop. Go through the back of the Hog’s Head shop in the room to the right. The statue is placed on the box.

The Three Bloomsticks, Make the way up to the store’s top floor room.

In the house next door of the Three Bloomsticks, the statue is on the second floor.

From the Tomes and Scrolls shop, turn left at the first Intersection. The house is on the left and the statue is in the bedroom on the second floor.

Next door to J. Pippin’s Potions, the statue is on the second floor.
11 at Other areas (The Highlands)

Village of PITT-UPON-FORD Go south, look for the sharp-roofed house on the right. The statue is on the top floor.

Upper Hogsfield Village From the Teleport Waypoint, walk into the village along the path. Look for the house on the left with a wagon wheel in front of it.

Aranshire Village, the house on the left hand side next to the Teleport Waypoint. The statue is on the second floor.
Demiguise statue #4
Lower Hogfield House From the Teleport Waypoint, turn around and the statue will be at the right-hand house with a vaulted roof.

Brocburrow Village. The statue is in the house across from the Merlin Trial.

Keenbridge village. Walks west. In a pitched house on a hill with a pile of pumpkins with a clothes drying rope on the roof.

The village of Feldcroft, to the east of the Village. The statue is in a vaulted house with a clothesline in front of the house.

Irondale Village. The statue is at the house on the right. There is a female NPC named Althea Twiddle sitting in front of the house.

Marunweem Village. From the Teleport Waypoint, turn right and go along the way. The statue is in the first house on the left.
